KRUCKER, Judge.

Appellant, Richard K. Brosie, was charged with first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon. After a three-week trial, the jury convicted him of voluntary manslaughter with a gun. The trial court entered a judgment in accordance with the verdict and sentenced him to a term of 15 to 30 years in the Arizona State Prison.
