The Rutland Superior Court granted the plaintiff, Nina Marie Flood, a divorce on July 19, 1974, on the ground of intolerable severity. It made additional findings of fact and conclusions of law on August 5, 1974. The defendant has duly taken his appeal here from the findings, conclusions, and order of the court.
