Mr. and Mrs. Carlton Joseph Guidry instituted this action for damages, alleging as the basis therefor that Mrs. Guidry was injured while she was a patient at the Lafayette Charity Hospital. Defendants are the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Hospitals, and the Lafayette Charity Hospital.
