The plaintiff, owner and publisher of a weekly newspaper in Edgefield County, South Carolina, instituted this action against seventeen named defendants seeking damages and injunctive relief for alleged violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act.1 Acting upon defendants' motion, the district court dismissed the complaint on the ground that plaintiff's interstate commerce contacts were insufficient to satisfy Sherman act...
