The question we are here asked to resolve is whether, in connection with the granting of specific performance of contracts for the purchase of lots upon which single-family residential units were to be constructed, the purchasers were entitled to an award of compensation measured not only by their out-of-pocket losses, but also by the "fair market net rental value"
