This action was commenced, pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 185 (Labor Management Relations Act § 301) on January 25, 1974. By their complaint, plaintiffs allege that defendant executed four separate collective bargaining agreements with the Carpenters District Council of Denver and Vicinity respectively on or about November 11, 1968, June 13, 1969, August 26, 1969, and October 27, 1972, and is bound by these agreements...
