This is an appeal from a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Cook County. The defendant was charged with armed robbery and three counts of murder. Following a jury trial, defendant was found not guilty on all three counts of murder but was found guilty of armed robbery and involuntary manslaughter. The trial court sentenced defendant to a term of from 10 to 30 years...
