In this appeal from convictions for rape, 11 Del.C. § 781, and burglary in the first degree, 11 Del.C. § 392, defendant argues that: (1) the admission of certain eyewitness testimony violated his right to due process of law; (2) a pre-trial confrontation was arranged in violation of his constitutional rights; (3) the evidence was insufficient to support the convictions; and (4) publicity during the trial had a prejudicial effect on the jury...
