McGREGOR, J.

Defendant was charged with the offense of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. At a jury trial, on September 17 and October 1, 1973, in Detroit Recorder's Court, the defendant was found guilty and sentenced; he now appeals as of right.

Defendant first contends that the trial court committed reversible error in denying his motion to suppress items seized at the time of his arrest, on grounds that the arrest was made without probable cause....
