This is a zoning appeal by Wayne T. Lutz, Sr. (Lutz) from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, dated February 27, 1974, which affirmed a denial of a variance from a fifty (50) foot front yard setback requirement by the Zoning Hearing Board of East Hanover Township (zoning board), and upheld the constitutionality of the setback requirement challenged under Schmalz v. Buckingham Township Zoning Board...
