The plaintiff instituted this action against Union Carbide Corporation, Presto Hartford, Inc., and his employer. The action against his employer was withdrawn prior to trial. The action against the two remaining defendants was brought in three counts against each, claiming negligence, breach of warranty and strict liability. The counts alleging breach of warranty and strict liability were withdrawn by the plaintiff...
