Plaintiff brings this suit to enforce a grievance arbitration award ordering reinstatement of one of its members who was wrongfully discharged. The defendant argues that it has fully complied with the award by reinstating the employee, although it admits transferring him from his former base in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to the St. Paul, Minnesota area.
