Defendant, City of Peru, appeals from the decree of the Circuit Court of La Salle County, declaring the city's zoning ordinance to be invalid in its application to plaintiffs' property, and enjoining the city from enforcing the ordinance against plaintiffs' property. Defendant contends that the decree should be reversed because plaintiffs failed to meet the burden of proof required...
