Respondent has determined that petitioner is liable as transferee of William B. Wilson, Inc., for an income tax deficiency in the amount of $12,513.86 for the taxable year 1968. Petitioner acknowledges that he is liable as a transferee within the meaning of section 69011 for the full amount of any deficiency in tax due from William B. Wilson, Inc., but contends no deficiency...
