This is an appeal by Joseph V. Filips (Filips) from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board), dated July 9, 1974, which affirmed a referee's decision denying benefits to Filips.

Filips was employed by the Harrison Music & Vending Company (employer) in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania, for approximately 26 months, until he was discharged on January 22, 1974. Filips' duties consisted of driving...
