SANDERS, Chief Justice.

After trial by jury, defendant was convicted of burglarizing a Railway Express Agency warehouse in Shreveport, Louisiana, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62. The trial judge sentenced him to imprisonment for a term of four years. On appeal to this Court, defendant relies upon one assignment of error for reversal of his conviction and sentence.
