POWERS, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The dwelling house of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Monger,1 in Aberdeen, Harford County, was burglarized in the nighttime on 15 August 1973. A sum of money and a wallet, valued at less than $100, were stolen.

Louis Sallie, the appellant here, was indicted for the crimes. He was tried before a jury in the Circuit Court for Harford County, and was convicted of burglary and petty larceny. After...
