This is an appeal from a conviction on two counts of distribution of marijuana in violation of SDCL 39-17-88. We affirm.

The facts in this case, stated in a manner favorable to the verdict, are as follows: On August 14, 1973, a paid informant, Ms. Naomi Church (Church), made contact with the defendant, William James Barr, Jr. The defendant offered to sell Church a quantity of marijuana in the near future.
