Because the Court of Appeals has provided for an immediate appeal from a denial of a motion to dismiss based upon double jeopardy, Neal v. State, 272 Md. 323, appellant is properly before us. Although his motion to dismiss, denied in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, asserted grounds of collateral estoppel and res judicata as well as double jeopardy, none of these questions...
