This is an appeal from a final judgment adverse to plaintiffs' claim that Act No. 1177 of the 1973 Regular Session of the Alabama Legislature is unconstitutional.1 Plaintiffs, appellants here, are members of the Mobile County Personnel Board and the Director of that Board.
