Hennessey, Jr., an employee of the Red Bridge Car Wash, Inc., to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when he was struck by a car which had been loaned to the defendant, Benjamin Suhl, and operated by one Jesse Lee Morris, also an employee of the carwash.1 The action was prosecuted...
