HOWARD, Chief Judge.

On February 20, 1974, appellee, pursuant to his guilty plea, was convicted of the crime of unlawful possession of a narcotic drug in violation of A.R.S Sec. 36-1002. He was placed on probation for a period of three years. On June 20, 1974, appellee's probation was revoked and he was sentenced to not less than two nor more than three years in the Arizona State Prison.
