This is a civil action to recover for personal injuries and property damage resulting from an accident involving a motor vehicle operated by the plaintiff Martha Gallant and one owned and operated by the defendant. The case was heard before a justice of the Superior Court sitting with a jury and resulted in a verdict of $8,000 for the plaintiff Martha.
