In a jury trial appellant was convicted of receiving stolen property belonging to Marilyn Miranda (Pen. Code, § 496), and of burglary of the residence of Tony Merriweather (Pen. Code, § 459).1 He appeals from the judgment sentencing him to imprisonment in the state prison.
