Biondino, sued the appellee insuror for damages for loss of consortium because of injuries received by her husband, sustained as a result of an automobile accident with an uninsured motorist. Appellant was the insured under a policy issued by appellee which afforded uninsured motorist protection of $10,000 for each person; $20,000 per accident. Appellant's husband carried like coverage.
