In this appeal we must decide whether § 614.24 of the Code applies to the facts. The litigation does not involve any zoning restrictions on the lots in question.

Section 614.24 provides:

No action based upon any claim arising or existing by reason of the provisions of any deed or conveyance or contract or will reserving or providing for any reversion, reverted interest or use restrictions...
