Defendant Corporate Service, Inc. added Michigan Mutual Liability Company as a third-party defendant. Plaintiff then filed a cross-complaint directly against Michigan Mutual. Michigan Mutual moved for, and was granted, an accelerated judgment against plaintiff, based upon the expiration of the statute of limitations. Plaintiff appeals and we affirm.
