These are three criminal complaints charging the defendant, Alphonse Mancino, first, with operating a motor vehicle "to the left half of the roadway of sufficient width" in violation of G.L. 1956 (1968 Reenactment) § 31-15-1 (C.A. No. 72-113); second, with operating a motor vehicle on a public highway " * * * at a clocked speed of 55 MPH in excess of the 35 miles per hour legally established speed limit" in violation...
