Petitioner was employed as a fireman by the City of Rochester from 1947 to 1968. In June, 1950 and again in August, 1951, it is alleged, he suffered injuries in the course of his duties. Except for some periods of lost time allegedly due to said injuries, he continued as a fireman, performing lighter duties, until 1968.
