This case is before us on exceptions filed on June 10, 1975, by Louise Hoy, a creditor of one of the beneficiaries, to a decree of distribution dated June 4, 1975. Mrs. Hoy objects to the distribution in kind to one of the beneficiaries of the realty at a price which, she contends, is too low. . . .
