This is an expropriation suit instituted under LSA-R.S. 48:441 et seq., by the State of Louisiana, through the Department of Highways, against Ross Continental Motor Lodge, Inc. Plaintiff deposited $5,097.00 in the Registry of the Court, and defendant answered praying that a larger sum be awarded.
