While at work on May 5, 1972, Thelma A. Sampson, the claimant, suffered a laceration of the palm of her left hand. As a result of her injury, the claimant's employer, Brockway Glass Company, Inc. #7, (Brockway) entered into an agreement and paid compensation to the claimant for total disability pursuant to Section 306(a) of The Pennsylvania Workmen's Compensation Act,1 77 P.S. §...
