HARRISON, Justice.

George D. Conrad sought to enjoin Charles O. Strickler and Robert H. Strickler from interfering in any way with the use of an easement of right-of-way by appellant and his successors in title. He also sought to require the Stricklers to remove all obstructions therefrom and to do all other things necessary to enable appellant to use the right-of-way without obstruction or restriction and as an open roadway.
