This is an action for a preliminary injunction to stay all efforts to merge DHJ Industries, Inc. ("DHJ") and Newco Industries Corp. ("Newco") and specifically to stop a DHJ shareholder's meeting scheduled for October 20, 1975. The matter was brought on by order to show cause and a hearing was held on October 14, 1975.
