Petitioners Henry L. Crockett and Beverly Ann Crockett, alleging denial of their constitutional right to a speedy trial, seek a writ of mandate to compel the dismissal of robbery charges (Pen. Code, § 211) pending against them in respondent court.1 We conclude for reasons hereinafter discussed that petitioners have not been denied a speedy trial and accordingly reject the petition...
