After having signed a waiver of indictment and trial by jury defendant pleaded guilty to an accusation charging him with receiving stolen property (N.J.S.A. 2A:139-1) and carrying weapons without first having obtained a permit (N.J.S.A. 2A:151-41). Ultimately he was sentenced to two to three years in State Prison on each count, the sentences on the respective counts to be served concurrently...
