OPINION

KRUCKER, Judge.

Appellant, David Wayne Dale, was charged with rape and kidnap for rape on Ann Dallas, and with rape, sodomy and comitting a lewd and lascivious act on Deborah Kerr. The charges that concerned Dallas were tried together with those that concerned Kerr. At the end of the trial, the jury returned a verdict of guilty on all the charges.
