Ernest Wayne Monday appeals from a revocation of a suspended sentence for negligent homicide. On September 27, 1971, he was sentenced to 1 year in the county jail, which sentence was suspended for 2 years on the condition he serve 8 months in the county jail, be on good behavior, report to the Board of Prison Terms and Paroles, and do as the board and his probation officer tell him.
