The City of Miami Beach has a contract with the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Authority for the furnishing of water to that City. The contract further provides that the Authority shall furnish water to the City of Miami Beach so that Miami Beach can in turn supply water to Bal Harbour Village and North Bay Village.
