Plaintiff proceeds herein against the United States of America under the Federal Tort Claims Act (Act), 28 U.S.C. §§ 2671 et seq. Jurisdiction is based on 28 U.S.C. § 1346(b). Plaintiff is the widow of a Federal prison inmate who was confined in the United States Reformatory at El Reno, Oklahoma, during February, 1973.
