This is an action by four plaintiffs in the automobile repair business against five automobile insurance companies and two companies in the business of adjusting damage claims. Plaintiffs charge defendants with violations of the Federal antitrust laws and, more specifically, with conspiracy to fix prices, in allegedly agreeing to pay only the prevailing rates for labor and parts in the adjustment of the damage claims...
