Plaintiff Reeves (Appellant) appeals from a jury verdict awarding him damages for personal injuries sustained in an intersectional collision between a motorcycle operated by Appellant in the course of his employment as a motorcycle patrolman by the City of Baton Rouge, and a vehicle belonging to Gulf States Utilities Co., and being operated by Gulf States' employee, Robert J.
