This is an appeal from an order of the circuit court dismissing a second petition for relief under the Post-Conviction Hearing Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1971, ch. 38, pars. 122-1 et seq.). Defendant, Phillip Meeks, sought relief from his conviction on November 10, 1969, of one count of murder and three counts of aggravated battery. He was sentenced to serve a term of 30 to 60 years...
