OPINION BY PRICE, J., June 24, 1975:

Appellant was found guilty by the trial judge sitting without a jury of possession of dangerous drugs.1 Following denial of motions for a new trial and in arrest of judgment, appellant was sentenced to pay the costs of prosecution, to pay a fine of $2,000, and to undergo imprisonment for not less than 11 months nor more than 23 months.
