This appeal involves jurisdictional questions in an eminent domain proceeding. Plaintiff highway commission condemned Polk County land of defendants Gerald Kraus and Donna J. Kraus, contract purchasers, and Lawrence F. Read and Thelma M. Read, contract vendors, for a road improvement.
