Defendant was sentenced to serve twenty years following his conviction for the sale of heroin. He appeals. Held:

1. The general grounds are without merit. The evidence amply supports the verdict.

2. It was not error to fail to direct a verdict of acquittal on the ground that defendant had been entrapped as a matter of law. The evidence raised a question of fact as to his contention of entrapment. This question was properly submitted...
