This case arises out of an automobile collision between defendants Celesta Carter and Nancy Carol Owen. Nancy Correa, a passenger in the Owen automobile, died of injuries sustained in the accident. Michael Correa, on behalf of himself and the estate of Nancy Correa, and Tamara Correa, by Michael Correa, her father and next friend, brought suit in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County (Mathias, J.), alleging...
