Plaintiff appeals from a Wayne County Circuit Court jury verdict of no cause of action. Plaintiff, Wayne Nemeth, brought suit against defendant for injuries caused through the alleged negligent operation of an automobile owned by defendant.

At trial, plaintiff claimed that while he was driving in the far-left lane of westbound Moross Avenue in the City of Detroit, a vehicle, driven by one of defendant's employees, which plaintiff had observed...
