This is an action in which the plaintiffs, six pharmacies in the city of Philadelphia, seek to enjoin the defendants from proceeding under the terms of a contract entered into between Paid Prescriptions, Inc. (PAID) and the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare (DPW), which contract was to take effect February 1, 1975. On January 20, 1975, the plaintiffs filed their complaint invoking jurisdiction...
