Dorothy L. Frank appeals from a judgment dismissing her complaint for accumulations allegedly due her under a pension trust fund established by her employer. The pivotal issue is whether or not the pension agreement's forfeiture clause was applicable to her after her participation in the fund had terminated. We hold that it was not and, therefore, reverse.
